At The Padda Institute – Center for Aesthetic and Laser Medicine, we are committed to providing you with the best treatment and services possible.

To help us achieve our goal, we ask the following:

Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. New Patient Forms are available for download under the New Patient Information tab.  If you would like to expedite your “check-in” process, please download and complete these forms prior to your arrival. Should you have any questions about information contained within these forms, our Spa Coordinator will be happy to assist you once you arrive.

Be kind to others.  Please silence your cellular telephone upon arrival at The Padda Institute – Center for Laser and Aesthetic Medicine.

Because we are a medical facility, we have products that are harmful to children. Children will not be allowed in any service area or treatment room.  Children may not be left unattended in our reception area.

If you are running late, please call. 

Appointment Confirmation

We provide appointment confirmation calls to our patients 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  We also confirm through email as well as call.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, please contact our office as soon as possible. Please provide at least 24 hours advanced notice for cancellations. There is no charge for cancellation with more than 24 hours advanced notice.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, may result in a Cancellation Fee of $50.00.

No Show Policy – If you do not call and do not show up, a $50.00 No Show Fee will be charged.

General Information

Our services generally run on time. If you are running late, we will do our best to provide the treatment or service you were originally scheduled for. If we are unable to provide the treatment or service due to a conflict with another guests’ scheduled appointment, we will be happy to assist you with the scheduling of another appointment.

Due to the nature of our treatments and services, our staff will monitor your comfort during your treatment. Please respond accordingly so they can properly administer your treatment.
